Cancellation fees
Confirmed bookings for stays of one week or less that are cancelled will incur the following fees:
         • more than 14 days ahead of the arrival date - no fee
         • between 7 and 14 days ahead of the arrival date - 20%
         • between 2 and 6 days ahead of the arrival date - 40%
         • Anytime within 24 hours of arrival date - 100%
We will advise of cancellation fees for stays in excess of one week.
